Do I need to make an appointment?
In general, we do schedule by appointment, but we try to work with our customers to their convenience.

Can I leave my vehicle overnight or drop it off during closed hours?
Yes, and we have a night drop/early bird service so you can leave your keys with us.

Do any preformance modifications, such as exhausts and intakes, affect my vehicles emissions?
Most aftermarket parts that may affect your vehicle emissions will be 50 state approved. But you always should double check with us, the manufacture or DEQ (Dept. of Environment Quality).

Can I put dual exhaust on my car/truck?
Depends, most exhaust companies will have a single in/dual out exhaust system for later model trucks. However, with emission regulations, it is difficult to make “true” dual exhaust.

How high can I lift my truck/how low can I lower my truck?
Height limits vary from state to state and gross vehicle weight will also affect the bumper height limits. It is best to check with the local authorities.

How long does it take to get parts?
Most repair parts are in stock (spark plugs, ignition wires, filters, fluids, etc.). Some accessories are in stock, but if they’re not, we have a delivery truck that comes to us every day. We don’t charge anything for next day delivery on your parts. Even something as small as an stainless exhaust tip to that huge MANIK grille guard.

If my car/truck doesn’t start, how can I get my vehicle there?
Willow Springs Towing (703-631-9339) can pick it up for you. Be sure you mention that we recommended them to you.

Do you do any body work?
No

Will you install parts that I buy somewhere else?
Of course.

What is your warranty?
12 months/12,000 miles parts and labor. Not including some manufactures warranties.

Can you replace engines and transmissions?
Yes. We offer Jasper Engines and Transmissions with a 3 year/75,000 mile warranty on parts and labor. We also have an in house technician that can rebuild your transmission.

How large of a tire can I fit on my factory car/truck?
That depends, every car/truck is different. E-mail us or call us.
